1 July - E6 South, coffee Olderdaen, lunch Skibotn on to E8. picnic area for night. 185 miles
2 - Coffee Norway lunch Finalnd back to Sweden. E45 109 miles to picnic area for night (midges)
3 - Midges all the way, E45 south. Gallivare, boring road, 121 miles to picnic area for night. Last of fish for dinner. Still midges
4 - E45 South - boring road apart from an impressive power station Porjus Jokkmok Lapp Museum. Had back pain. Cream from chemist. on to free park place. lots of caravans and campers in. 58 miles.
5 - Wet night but no mozzy's. stayed by lake.
6 - along river valley to Kvikkjokk. Heavy rain. Big mozzys. went back to parking place
7 - Crossed Polar Circle 8 miles south off Jokkmok very good. Parked by lake. 41 miles
8 - South to Avididsjar. Back so bad had to go to hospital. 100K £9. Prescription £10.50 for 3 items. Had hernia pressing on spine, muscle relaxants and pain killers worked
9 - 95E to coast, no good stopping places near sea, on to E4 south picnic area 120 miles. Mozzy free
10 - West Lycksele car park, near camping. Tablets make me drowsy, keep falling asleep
11 - E12 "Blueway" to Storvman. Photo of Wildman. on to free. camp place. Mozzys back.
12 - E45 - Back to Hoting free park place 78 miles
13 - Stromsund - Hammerdel for free night, with mozzys. 75 miles
14 - aouth 45, coffee Asarna, lunch Utterhodel. lovely church. picnic area for night. 181 miles
15 - E45 south. Orsa Mora (Wooden Horse Centre) Rattvik Falun for dinner. E80 to clearing in forest for night 112 miles
16 - 118 miles to seaside, busy region, spare ground for night
17 - Back to Akersberga tourist centre. Rang Margarette and Edgar. Ferry Waxholm - Rinda - Oskar all free as its part of road system in archipelago of Stockholm to Ingaro
18 - 24 - in Margarette and Edgar's garden, met their family and saw quite a lot of the region. Bjorn Borg's parents still live in same house for years. Day in Stockholm
24 Aug {notebook says Aug} - Left Ingaro to Tossa Harbour 64 miles. lovely spot, stayed another night
26 - E4 south Soderkoping lovely old town with canal and river. stayed by canal for night 84 miles
27 - 24 miles to another small harbour Valdmarvik
28 - 64 miles to Loftahammer. a quiet harbour. no toilets
29 - 35 miles to Vastevik harbour. small charge
30 - 59 miles to Oskarshamn marina
